Customer Service - Level 3

The Level 3 Diploma in Customer Service is a combined qualification which is designed to equip individuals with the skills, knowledge and experience needed to deal with a variety of customers and understand their behaviour within a range of customer service settings. It provides both individuals and employers with an opportunity to tailor make a qualification to meet their needs in order to meet and exceed the delivery of services to meet its customer requirements and needs.

It will develop the skills, knowledge and experience they need in order to progress within the workplace including Maths, English level 2. There are no formal entry requirements for learners undertaking this qualification; however, the individual will need to have the potential and opportunity to gain the qualification within their employment.
