Learner of the Month - April 2014

Immediately prior to starting his training programme, Michel had been a client of his employer, living in one of their supported living projects. He had just secured a 12 month position with the company.

The employer had put him forward for his Advanced Apprenticeship soon after starting. Michel proved to be an asset to the company and secured a permanent position 6 months into his 12 month contract.

Michel struggled with both English and Maths, particularly the exams. However, with the extra support he received from his assessor combined with the effort Michel put in, he has progressed well.

He has now completed his Apprenticeship - including passing his Maths and English exams. Congratulations Michel!
