Learner Satisfaction Survey 2016

517 of our learners took part in our annual survey earlier this year, part of the Skills Funding Agency’s quality assurance checks on training providers and colleges. Thousands of learners, students and apprentices across the country were asked 8 questions to determine their satisfaction with their training and their training provider. 517 of our learners were included in this survey.

As with previous years, our results from this annual survey were excellent. In fact, last years’ overall score was only beaten by 12 other training providers and FE colleges in the country, and only one of those providers was based in Merseyside.

Our Overall Learner Satisfaction Score:

All other questions in the survey were scored between 1 and 10. All of our scores were between 9.2 and 9.7 out of ten - which we're extremely pleased about.
