This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a busy office gaining experience of Business Administration with a strong focus on customer service. The apprenticeship offers the chance to develop professionally whilst learning different aspects within the organisation.

Working Week

Monday - Friday, 8:15am - 5:30pm.

Total hours per week: 37.50

Vacancy Description

The role will include:

Reception duties/ front of house for head office

Post duties - incoming and outgoing

Receiving phone calls with business customers

Diary keeping and inputting data

Greeting visitors

Preparing meeting spaces

Facilities management - general overview of building and ordering stationery

Support to Governance Team
