Vacancy Description

A non-exhaustive list of the key role responsibilities is detailed below:

To work closely with the People Services team, specifically the Learning and Development Manager to ensure the provision of a professional and customer focussed learning and development service

To help ensure learning, development and training information on staff and providers is maintained and updated regularly- this will include carrying out skills gap analysis with staff across the organisation

To learn and develop skills in offering administrative support at all stages of staffs’ journey in learning and development, as appropriate

To learn and develop skills in the preparation and provision of robust HR metrics and KPI reporting

To build solid working relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally

To support the coordination and facilitation of Group wide learning opportunities, including bitesize workshops, in-house training and learning events

To undertake tasks to support People Services projects

To attend relevant seminars and workshops and be committed to studying in order to achieve NVQ Level 2 qualification in Business Administration and use newly acquired skills within the workplace

To understand and support Regenda’s commitment to investing in communities and actively contribute to achieving this vision within the job role

To ensure compliance with the Group’s Health and Safety policies

To undertake relevant Continuing Professional Development applicable to their professional body and be prepared to undertake training as directed by the Group

The post holder may be directed by their line manger to carry out other duties and responsibilities in line with his/her post, grade, skills, knowledge and experience

The post holder may on occasion be required to travel to other offices and therefore the ability to travel to other offices and locations which may not be easily accessible by public transport

An aptitude and desire to develop a range of administration and technical skill

The ability to work under pressure and prioritise your own workload, with changing and conflicting demands

Excellent writing and interpersonal skills
